Terms of Service

1. These terms
These terms govern your use of the websites and products of HUSL (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/584856/07), a company incorporated in South Africa, including My Office Assistant (MOA). By using our products you agree to them.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your access credentials and linked mobile number secure, and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
3. Acceptable use
- Use our products lawfully, and only for a business you are entitled to act for.
- Do not attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
- Do not use the service to send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited messages.
4. Your data
The business records you create remain yours. We process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your records, and you may ask us to delete them when you close your account, subject to any retention the law requires of us.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance at the price shown when you subscribe. Fees are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. We will give reasonable notice before changing a price that applies to you.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Parts of the service depend on third parties — including WhatsApp, messaging providers, payment providers and hosting — and those dependencies can fail or change.
7. Not professional advice
Our products help you record and manage business information. They do not constitute accounting, tax or legal advice, and they do not replace your accountant or your own obligation to file accurate returns. You remain responsible for reviewing your records before relying on or submitting them.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, where fees are unpaid, or where we must do so by law — with notice wherever it is reasonable to give it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
